Features:

Simply input necessary parameters on the touch screen. You can program the transfer robot to stack coils onto the pallets in any configuration.
Number of coils per stack is fully programmable.
Length of conveyor and the dimension of the whole system can be customized to your needs.
When the transfer robot completes loading cycle for a pallet, the loaded pallet is moved to the off load area ready for transfer by forklift truck. An empty pallet is automatically moved into place to continue loading of coils.
Buzzer will sound when the pallet is fully loaded.

Application:

Auto conveying and stacking of coils onto pallet after the coils have been wrapped.
Move the fully loaded pallet out for subsequent storage.
Coil dimension: Provided by buyer, we will make machine according to your specifications.
Automatic loading and stacking of coils.
Automatic transfer of full pallets.

Detail Specification:

When the finished coils are sent to the conveyor from the wrapper, the sensor at front side will detect coil, and move it forward to positioning device.
A lifter will raise up the coil for transfer by the transfer robot.
(The robot arm will take the coil onto pallet automatically and arrange coils on pallet as you have programmed on the touch screen. The robot arm returns back to the standby area once it finishes stacking a coil to pallet.
PLC controlled.
Pallet working area consists of empty pallet section, working section, and finish section.
Machine can be designed to store up to 10 empty pallets.
After a pallet is full loaded, it will be moved forward to finish section for off loading.
An empty pallet will be automatically sent into working section.
