Packaging Systems
Progressive Machinery offers solutions for both offline and inline processes. Standard horizontal coiling machines produce bobbinless packages and can be incorporated with inline tape wrapping and palletizing systems. We also offer systems that can be utilized for bobbins of different sizes. A horizontal system for up to 300mm bobbins can be run up to 300 meters/minute. Respool lines can be designed in many different configurations. Systems can be made for both reel and reelless applications. Testing components can be incorporated as required and can include automatic backup to fault feature.
